we’re honored to reimagine the former ginny williams gallery, known locally as the black building, into uchiko cherry creek. the original midcentury structure has been carefully preserved and thoughtfully expanded to include a sunroom, kitchen + an intimate 14-seat private dining room.⁠

inspired by ginny williams’ legacy as a visionary collector and the natural beauty of colorado, the space blends warmth, texture, and intention. natural light pours through clerestory windows, timber beams frame the sunroom, and at the heart of it all, our wood-fired grill anchors the sushi bar, central to the uchiko experience.⁠

throughout the restaurant, an interplay of rough and refined materials such as rich walnut and rough-cut stone evokes the elemental beauty of the frontier landscape.⁠
